In an effort to ensure we can provide each guest with an exceptional experience we ask that you take a moment to review and accept our general policy and procedures so we know this was received and we can eliminate unnecessary notifications in the future (we hate that!)

Cancellation
When you make a reservation at OHANA SALON, we reserve time and space especially for you. Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours preceding your reservation. Failure to provide 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule and or no-show reservations may result in up to 100% charge for the scheduled service. We take our Stylists’ livelihoods very seriously and appreciate your support.
We are a family salon and welcome children for services however, the nature of our business environment presents significant risks and dangers for children. Additionally, we are not qualified or equipped to provide child care and/ or appropriate supervision. To ensure your children's safety we ask that you only bring children when they themselves are receiving services.
Children under the age of 18 require the presence of a Parent or Legal Guardian. Understand that we want both you and your child to leave our facility loving their hair and while it is not necessary to be present for the entirety of the service your presence is requested for the consultation at or prior to the time of service. Failure to be present will result in forfeiture of corrective service options.
All color / chemical services require Parental / Legal Guardian consent.
To provide you with the best experience we suggest arriving 5 minutes prior to your reservation allowing yourself time for restroom necessities, beverages etc. Should you arrive late we will strive to accommodate you as best we can with the remaining time. Stylists retain their right to reschedule guests if the remaining service time is not adequate enough to perform quality work.
Equally, we value your time and will do our best to remain on time for your reservations. If for any reason we must delay your reservation we will communicate with you as early as possible to avoid impacting your personal time.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we pride ourselves on providing you with an exceptional experience. Although we do not offer refunds on services rendered should you have questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify us within 48 hours. Should you desire an adjustment or change to your hair, we will make every effort to address your concerns to your satisfaction, and recommend the best form of action moving forward. In such circumstances, a return visit to the salon for a visual assessment within 7 days is required. We will always attempt to place you with your original service provider as they're familiar your hair history and any processes / techniques already applied to your hair. Corrective services or adjustment will be at the discretion of Stylists/ Management.
